...been a while since i posted news...

still working on the reloaded ant version. i finished the lamination already two weeks ago but work kept me busy and i hardly spend some time in the shaping bay.



ci surfboards are always an inspiration. kelly and dane just got their quiver for the quik pro in australia.

ant - reloaded

i'm currently working on a progression of the ant shape which worked very well in the river last season. i left the outline as it was and slightly adapted the bottom contours. the rocker entry is still flat but changes to a moderate single concave at the tail area. i reduced the overall volume and especially the thickness in the tail area. i'm very happy with the routing work i've done, the cleanest result ever achieved.

that's the spirit, kamchatka!

i was reading about this adventure far from the crowds in a surf magazine when i was traveling on a rainy and cold day to work. truly a great adventure to an unknown area in russia! check the video link below. you gonna love it!

the size of waves would really suit to my surf level, the cold water, language and expensive travel cost probably not... :-)
