yesterday i had the pleasure to welcome two young visitors who were interested in landlocked boards. it didn't take them long and the twins left with two boards under their arms.

both shapes work very well in smaller/less powerful waves. especially the yellow 5'10'' was one of my favorite boards last year in portugal and will be missed!

...is slowly getting in shape.

summer is calling

there's a fix deadline to get that board finished since it'll join us to france in summer. so that provides constant pressure to progress with shaping ;)

this afternoon i've been working on the bottom and prepared the marks for the railbands.

the winter shape season was officially kicked off last weekend. i continued to work on the 6'6'' stick but decided to go a little wider with the nose and make the board more stable. 

it's supposed to become my mate's first board for next summer. this is certainly a valid alternative instead of renting plastic bic or nsp minimals :)

new shape to be started soon

the next project i'll kick-off in the colder autumn/winter months will be a retro stubbie shape with a classic outlines. stay tuned!
